Our Warranty Terms and Conditions.

Our products come with a 24 month warranty*

*Warranty covers replacement of faulty components supplied only. ie: pump, rack or box.

Warranty does not cover labour, oil, shipping or any other costs involved.

All threads, pipes and components are inspected and tested before they are shipped. Damaged threads, pipes and housings will not be accepted for warranty.

Power steering system must be flushed and all components thoroughly cleaned and correct oil must be used. Warranty will not cover foreign objects (metal filings, etc.) found in components. We also recommend fitting an inline filter to the low pressure side of your steering system and we can supply 1 for an extra $30.

Standard VZ and VE pumps also have problems with over revving. Internal parts of the pumps can be damaged. If you’re experiencing a loss of power assistance at idle it’s quite likely this is the cause. If this has happened it’s extremely important the reservoir is thoroughly cleaned & the system flushed. It is also important to fit a filter in these cases. Flushing procedures can be found on this site as well as the filters for sale.

Please ensure you give us the correct model details of your vehicle so we can supply you with the correct parts. 

Please be wary of cheap Chinese copy pumps, racks, hoses and power steering components some of our competitors use. We have seen never ending problems with these & NEVER use poor quality Chinese parts.
